Jan PrzewodowskiBorn in a traditional family of lawyers, the tax lawyer Jan Przewodowski, grandson nephew of Oscar Przewodowski, author of several literary works and professor at the National School of Law and son of Ivan Przewodowski, Attorney of the State of Guanabara, has more than 20 years of experience in legal consultancy, particularly in the tax and corporate areas. Currently he is dedicated to specialized consultancy focused on corporate restructuring and tax planning of corporations in all segments. As a public server linked to the National Treasury for 11 years he belonged to the intelligence group of evasion repression of the Federal Revenue Service and was responsible for developing methodologies and business surveillance systems. Lawyer since 1991, is Master in Tax Law by the UESA. Jan Przewodowski also serves as a guest lecturer of the Higher School of Finance Administration (ESAF), of the Ministry of Finance.
